Lee-Anne Heron has a host of experience in business operations and development in the health industry; and has been the CEO of Synergia Health for the past 8 years. Lee-Anne is also mum to Asialee (3½) who has complex needs and Brodie (2 ) so is very familiar with the many challenges faced by children with special needs, their carers, siblings, families and peers.

Charmaine White has a wealth of experience in the corporate sector previously working fulltime in Human Resource Management in major Australian and multinational corporations across all levels of Management. Within this environment, Charmaine wore a number of hats - as HR professional, employee sponsor or advocate and a change mentor; as well as contributing to the development of and the accomplishment of the organisation-wide business plan and objectives. Charmaine is a mother of a little boy Jack, who has complex special needs.
