Lee-Anne Heron, CEO
Lee-Anne Heron has a host of experience in business operations and development in the health industry; and has been the CEO of Synergia Health for the past 8 years. Lee-Anne is also mum to Asialee (3½) who has complex needs and Brodie (2 ) so is very familiar with the many challenges faced by children with special needs, their carers, siblings, families and peers.
Lee-Anne is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special needs and seeing them live a life they love. Lee-Anne is resourceful, a lateral thinker and is outcome focused. Lee's core values centre on health, family and integrity and she brings these to the SKSN board.

Charmaine White, Director
Charmaine White has a wealth of experience in the corporate sector previously working fulltime in Human Resource Management in major Australian and multinational corporations across all levels of Management. Within this environment, Charmaine wore a number of hats - as HR professional, employee sponsor or advocate and a change mentor; as well as contributing to the development of and the accomplishment of the organisation-wide business plan and objectives. Charmaine is a mother of a little boy Jack, who has complex special needs.
Charmaine is a strong advocate for children with special needs and disabilities and strongly believes in doing your personal best and making a difference. She values good health and well-being, a positive attitude and professional approach and brings these core values to the SKSN board.

Lyall Bear, Director
Lyall Bear has over 20 years experience in financial management and is currently the Director of BDO Kendalls Business Advisory Services.
Lyall has many contacts in the corporate sector and brings core values of... to the SKSN board.

Karina Aiberti, Director
Karina Aiberti has much experience in advocacy and research, having worked in research roles on a variety of projects to promote access to children with special needs as well as in the government sector conducting research affecting government health policy.
Karina is a strong advocate for children living in remote communities and brings core values of honesty and equity of access to the SKSN board.
